Four Score Pattern

This sweater pattern is worked flat in four pieces, on two straight needles and sewn up later using invisible mattress stitch. The back and front are the same. A generous 4x4 rib pattern makes this a stretchy, flattering sweater with a bit of cling. It is designed to be worn with 3-6” of ease.

The raglan shaping of the sleeves is continued until a narrow shoulder remains, then further decreases into non-existence - the front and back are joined to form the funnel-shaped neck.

This is a great first-time sweater pattern and it was designed with newer knitter in mind. It uses just one pair of needles, no circular techniques, and no picked up stitches. Pattern includes links to video tutorials for every technique.
