Knitting Patterns:

All my patterns are professionally tech-edited and most have been test-knitted before release, as well. I strive to deliver error-free patterns, but occasionally errata does slip through. Please do get in touch with questions, notes and for pattern support. I am happy to help, and appreciate feedback. 

You can also find my patterns for sale on Ravelry and Love Knitting. Both of these sites offer fabulous tools and services for knitters, and I'm very happy for you to shop for my patterns there. 

Note for EU customers: My digital-only products (knitting patterns) are not available for sale on my website to your region at this time, but they are available on both Ravelry and Love Knitting. I apologize for the inconvenience, and I am looking into adding VAT registration to my store in the future.


Although I am based in Canada, I charge in US dollars. I do this to keep my pricing aligned across the other platforms I use to sell my patterns. 

Shipping & Packaging:

I have recently changed my shipping fees. Instead of using Canada Post calculated rates, I have set flat rates and will offer tracked packages to all destinations. However, I will only be sending packages out once a week. Orders are shipped out on Thursdays, except in cases of very high volumes, in which case, orders will be shipped more frequently than once a week.

I aim to use as little packaging and single-use plastics as possible when shipping physical goods. I will only add plastics and styrofoam to my packaging when absolutely nothing else can do the job. It may not look pretty, but you will only receive what is absolutely needed, and most of my packaging items can be re-used or recycled.


I do not accept returns on digital or physical items, however I will replace faulty shipped items or items damaged in transit. If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please email me with your order number, any tracking information and photographs of the damage.


If you are buying a gift, please note this in the 'Note To Seller' field at checkout. Unfortunately I don't offer gift-wrapping services, but I will work with you to make sure the item is delivered at the right time, with the right message.
